Description

Stitcher’s Nook Mission:
To encourage and promote all needle arts; to honour the techniques and work of prior generations of needle artists; to explore new options in needle arts; to provide a friendly space to enjoy needle arts; to inspire!

Whether you want to make a crocheted tablecloth like the one grandma had or create an avante garde scarf out of non-traditional materials - Stitcher’s Nook exists to help and encourage you.

Stitcher’s Nook - the name is about the customer…it’s a place for YOU - to indulge your passion, to create, take a class or hang out and stitch.

Products
Working with Canadian manufacturers and Canadian based distributors, Stitcher's Nook goal is to shop "local" and to shop Canadian whenever possible. So you will see everything from yarn products from wool mills in the Maritimes (or closer) to sewing supplies from distributors in B.C. or Ontario.

Some current brands (subject to change based on availability) carried in store: Yarns - Patons, Sirdar, Briggs Little, McCauslands Woolen Mills; Crochet and Needlework - DMC, Zweigart, Kreinik, Orion Beads, Marathon; Sewing - Gutermann, Schmetz, John James, Wrights.
